Built in conjunction with the Bournemouth-Weymouth electrification, the Wessex
Electrics were the flagship of NSE's fleet. They are capable of 100mph, and are still used
on the Waterloo-Southampton-Weymouth and the Waterloo-Guildford-Portsmouth workings.
